Houses in Carrick-On-Shannon
I love all the flowers and gardens in Ireland.
We took a long day trip to Carrick-On-Shannon because I had never been, my grandparents knew of a great place they liked for lunch overlooking a nice view, and it required a long train ride which are my dad-dad’s favorite. while walking around the town, it was a pretty typical Irish town, I came across this… buillding? House? I still don’t know. Either way it caught my eye seeing as how everything else looked.

These are the views I think of when I think of my mothers home town, Dalkey.

In Dublin as older buildings get taller, the windows get smaller. This is because of a glass tax back in the days.

All from a day trip to Howth. To this day I can still remember how cold and numb my face was because of how cold it was outside walking along the water. And windy! We also went into this artists studio where he sold prints and bought one, and ate lunch at a quiet pub where a man had his new born baby in one arm, drinking a beer with his other and full attention on a football game. Which isn’t even a weird thing to see in Ireland.

That bread smelled so good.
Always can appreciate a cute farmers market stand.

That was my first time back to Ireland in 8 years!! I mainly go to see my family but no matter what there’s always things to see over there.
